Arrows & Words is a free puzzle game developed by Ignis Hungry Games. The game is supported by advertising and uses analytics to understand how players use it so we can improve it. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Arrows & Words is available as an Android app and as a web game on CrazyGames (crazygames.com). Sections 1 to 5 and 13 describe the Android app. The web game works differently and is described in Section 6.
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying information.
The app and the third-party services it uses may collect the following:
We do not sell your personal information.
Arrows & Words shows ads (rewarded videos and interstitials) through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation service that requests ads from several ad networks on our behalf: ironSource, Unity Ads and Google AdMob. The app also contains the adapter for Liftoff Monetize, which we may switch on in the future; any other network we add will be listed here first. LevelPlay and these networks may use the Advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve ads, including personalized ads, to measure ad performance, and to prevent ad fraud.
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. Until you have answered, the game does not request ads. If you decline, the game may still show ads, but they are non-personalized and our ad partners are told that you did not consent to personalized advertising. Your choice is stored on your device by Google's consent library and is passed on to our ad partners. You can review or change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad Privacy (shown where consent is required).
Other regions. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android). If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
We do not knowingly direct ads to children, and we do not sell your personal information.

Arrows & Words uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage and gameplay events described in Section 1. This data is not used to identify you personally.
You can turn analytics off at any time in the game under Settings → Analytics. When turned off, the app stops sending analytics events and deletes any events waiting to be sent.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google processes your Play Games profile to provide achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves. Your saved game progress is stored in your Google account. Use of Play Games is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Play Games is optional; the game works without it.
The web version of Arrows & Words runs in your browser on CrazyGames (crazygames.com), which hosts the game and shows its ads. The following applies to the web version instead of Sections 1 to 5:
The following third parties may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
In the Android app, your gameplay progress (completed levels, stars, hints and booster inventory, daily streaks and settings) is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data erases local progress, unless it is backed up via Google Play Games cloud save. In the web version, progress is stored in your browser and is erased when you clear the site's data, unless it is also stored with the CrazyGames Data Module (Section 6).
Analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period set in our Firebase project (up to 14 months) and then deleted automatically. This applies to the Android app; the web version sends us no analytics (Section 6). To request deletion of data associated with your installation, email us at solutions.ignis@gmail.com. You can also reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
Arrows & Words is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data sent by the app to our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect information.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email solutions.ignis@gmail.com.
The app requests the following Android permissions:
android.permission.INTERNET and android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to load ads, send analytics, and use Google Play Games.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: to access the Advertising ID for advertising and analytics.android.permission.VIBRATE: for optional haptic feedback.android.permission.WAKE_LOCK and android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE: used by the app and its advertising components to run reliably during play.android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS and android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID: added by the advertising components so ad measurement and ad personalization can use Android's Privacy Sandbox APIs, subject to your device's ad settings and consent choice.com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE: lets advertising components read which ad led to the install (install attribution). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
